The Pass It On Program
A little thank you for passing it on
The Pass It On Program is my way of saying thank you to the wonderful patients who recommend my services to the people in their lives.
The patient community I have today has grown largely through the kind words and recommendations of my existing clients. Whether you've mentioned me to a friend, family member or colleague, shared my details, or simply told someone about your experience of Chinese medicine.
I genuinely appreciate you helping others find their way to the clinic.
When someone new comes to the clinic through your recommendation, I'll add a $25 credit to your account as a little thank you.
How It Works
01 — Pass it on
Share my details with a friend, family member or colleague who may be interested in my services.
02 — They mention your name
When booking or attending their first appointment, they simply let me know who referred them.
03 — A little thank you
Once they've attended their first appointment, $25 will be added to your patient account to use towards an upcoming appointment or Herbal Medicine refill.
A Few Things To Know
The Pass It On Program is intended as a thank you to you, my existing patient and is not an obligation to refer anyone or to seek treatment.
Every new patient is assessed individually, and treatment will only be provided where it is considered appropriate following a clinical assessment.
